Disputed Payments

In the event of a payment dispute, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction. If a user submits a refund request, fails to respond to a disputed transaction within the prescribed working days, or contests a transaction without sufficient supporting documentation acceptable to Deepay Smart Solutions Private Limited, our payment service providers, card networks, or issuing banks, we reserve the right to recover the refunded amount from future credits deposited into the relevant escrow account.

Responsibility for Refunds

You acknowledge that the responsibility for managing refunds rests solely with you. Deepay Smart Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, penalties, or losses arising from refunds. You agree to indemnify and hold Deepay Smart Solutions Private Limited harmless from any claims, disputes, penalties, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from refund requests or disputed transactions.

Fees and Charges

You agree that all fees and charges associated with disputed transactions are non-refundable. Deepay Smart Solutions Private Limited will not refund or reimburse such fees to you, the buyer, or any third party under any circumstances.
